Q450 Ghost Quadcopter build

For a while now, I've wanted to integrate LEDs into my quadcopters. It really seems to add to the "wow factor", especially flying at night. So during a recent Hobbyking purchase, I picked up a Q450 Ghost frame. So far, so good. I love the integrated power distribution board (Saved me a couple bucks on a separate board, saves space, and it looks pretty neat).
Also in the order I received some other goodies, to include an FrSky Taranis! This thing is pretty sweet. Having been using the Hobbyking model of the T6A V2, the Taranis is light years ahead. There's a screen on the transmitter, no need to plug it into a computer. More switches than you can shake a stick at. And it even talks to you when you turn it on. I think I'm in love, ladies and gentlemen.

  1. I'm guessing that you are ready for night flights ;) But just don't let the neighbors think it's a UFO :))) Jokes aside, it looks great, but what looks even better is that badass Tarantis ;) You are right, it came from the future :)) Anyway, once you get bored with building (which will probably be never) and want to have some fun with some RTF toy grade models, I have an article just for you :) You will find reviews of some of the best ones and you can find it here: http://mydronelab.com/best-pick/toy-drones.html
